Anglo Recruits Ltd (the "Company") respects the privacy of the users of its website, available at www.anglorecruits.com (the "Website"). This Privacy Policy explains how the Company collects, uses, stores, shares and protects personal information relating to users of the Website, including job seekers, candidates, referred individuals, employers, business clients and other visitors of the Website ("User" or "Users").The Website and the Company’s services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. The Company does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If the Company becomes aware that it has collected personal information from an individual under the age of 18, it may delete such information, subject to applicable law.

The Company may collect and process personal information for recruitment, evaluation, screening, matching, placement, communication, Website operation, service improvement, statistical analysis, marketing communications where permitted by law, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of the Company’s rights and legitimate interests.

Information uploaded onto the Website may be accessed by employees and/or service providers of the Company, who provide various services on the Company’s behalf, including Website maintenance, services related to the improvement of various service offerings, facilitation of the Company’s service offerings, and similar types of services. The Company will take reasonable measures designed to ensure that such employees and service providers access personal information only to the extent required for the provision of the relevant services and subject to appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations, where applicable.

Within the framework of using the Website and the Company’s recruitment services, Users may provide personal information, including name, email address, phone number, LinkedIn profile, resume, CV, professional profile, employment history, qualifications, skills, job preferences, employer inquiries, referral information and any other information submitted through the Website or otherwise provided to the Company ("Candidate and Recruitment Data").

The Company may also receive personal information about individuals from third parties, including where a User refers another person through the Website’s "Refer a Friend" mechanism. In such cases, the referring User is responsible for ensuring that he or she has obtained the referred individual’s prior consent to provide the information to the Company and to allow the Company to contact the referred individual for recruitment-related purposes.

Users are not legally required to provide such information. However, without providing certain information, the Company may be unable to contact the User, assess suitability for recruitment opportunities, process a referral, respond to an employer inquiry, or provide certain recruitment-related services.

Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information and for ensuring that they have all rights and consents required to provide such information to the Company.For Users who visit the Website without submitting forms or contacting the Company, the Company may collect general technical and statistical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, access times, interaction with the Website and similar usage data.

For Users who submit forms, upload resumes or CVs, contact the Company, refer another person, or submit employer inquiries, the Company may also collect the personal information provided by such Users and any related recruitment or communication data. The Company may store such information in its databases and use it for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.Subject to applicable law, the Company may store and maintain personal information received from Users in its databases. Such information may be used for recruitment services, candidate evaluation, screening, matching, placement processes, communication with Users, communication with employers and business clients, referral processing, Website operation, service improvement, statistical analysis, marketing communications where permitted by law, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of the Company’s rights.

The Company may disclose relevant Candidate and Recruitment Data to employers, business clients, professional contacts and service providers, where such disclosure is reasonably required for recruitment, evaluation, screening, matching, placement, communication or operation of the Website and the Company’s services, and subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.Personal information may be stored, processed or transferred outside the User’s country of residence, including outside Israel, by the Company or by service providers acting on its behalf. Where required, the Company will take steps designed to ensure that such transfers are made in accordance with applicable law.

It is hereby agreed and acknowledged that, during the course of a User’s use of the Website, information will be collected with respect to pages accessed by the User, the services presented to the User, information related to content offerings that the User has expressed interest in viewing, data relating to the device used by the User to browse the Website, IP address, browser type, operating system, data related to the duration of a User’s use of the Website and data related to the User’s access of third party websites/applications that the User accesses through the Website.

It is hereby specified that in the event that the Company is requested by any competent legal authority (including judicial authorities or government bodies), in any applicable jurisdiction, to reveal personal User information, or in the event that the Company has reasonable cause to believe that the disclosure of personal User details is required in order to comply with any law and/or in order to maintain compliance with accepted legal standards and/or to prevent damage to any Users and/or to any third parties, the Company may disclose such information, even to the extent that such disclosure may compromise the privacy or confidentiality of a User or Users. It is further clarified that the Company may disclose User information for the purposes of maintaining and protecting its rights in relation to Users or to enforce the Terms of Use. It is clarified that in the event a User’s use of the Website is claimed to be harmful or to otherwise violate the rights of any third party and/or any applicable legal provisions, the Company may reveal the User's personal information to any legal authority and/or to any entity claiming that it has been negatively affected from the actions of any such User (and/or may take any other action required by a relevant authority with respect to the disclosure thereof).

In order to prevent mistakes and/or communication failures and/or unnecessary communications that derive from the fact that data and/or information regarding the Users are not properly and timely updated, Users are requested to ensure that any data and/or relevant information that Users enter into the Website remains current and accurate.

Subject to applicable law, Users have the right to review personal information about them held by the Company, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, request deletion of certain information, object to certain uses of their information, or request that the Company stop using their contact details for marketing communications.

The Company may retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including recruitment, evaluation, screening, matching, placement processes, communication with Users, compliance with legal obligations, dispute resolution, enforcement of agreements, protection of the Company’s rights and legitimate business purposes.

The Company may retain Candidate and Recruitment Data in its candidate database in order to consider Users for current or future recruitment opportunities, unless the User requests deletion of such information, subject to applicable law and the Company’s legitimate retention needs.

The Company may use the User’s contact details to send important messages relating to the Website and/or to the User’s use thereof.

Subject to applicable law, the Company may use the User’s contact details to send the User marketing, promotional or informational communications relating to the Company’s recruitment services, career-related content, job opportunities, referral programs, events, updates or other services offered by the Company.

The User may request to stop receiving marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications or by contacting the Company at: info@anglorecruits.com. The Company will cease sending marketing communications within the time period required under applicable law. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company may continue to send non-marketing service messages, administrative messages or legally required notices. The Company implements reasonable technical, organizational and administrative measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and the Company cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Website uses cookies to collect statistical data about its use, to tailor the Website’s functionality to fit Users’ personal preferences and to assist with various facets of Website operation.  Cookies are text files that are created by the Users’ browser based on the instructions of the Company's computers, and that are stored on Users’ devices.
